Refund & Returns Policy

At UAE Fruit Plants, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order. Because we deal with live plants and natural products, we have clear refund and returns guidelines to balance customer satisfaction and the special care required for greenery. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your plant must be in the same condition you received it: healthy, undamaged, and in its original pot or packaging. Plants must not have been replanted, altered, or neglected after delivery. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Plants that have been replanted, trimmed, or altered after delivery
  • Plants that show signs of neglect, poor care, or damage after receipt
  • Custom or special plant requests ordered specifically for you
  • Discounted, clearance, or “final sale” plants

We cannot accept returns for plants that have deteriorated due to improper care, unsuitable environmental conditions, or delays in reporting issues beyond the 7-day return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if the plant is not in its original condition, is damaged due to reasons not related to delivery, or if items are returned after the 7-day window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or in poor health. If you need to request an exchange, please email us at support@uaefruitplants.com within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the plant was defective or delivered in error. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return, especially for high-value orders, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
