At UAE Fruit Plants (www.uaefruitplants.com), we act as a digital marketplace that connects customers with nurseries and landscapers across the UAE. While we make ordering plants simple, all deliveries are arranged and managed directly by the nursery or supplier fulfilling your order.
Delivery Responsibility
Each nursery or supplier is responsible for handling the shipping and delivery of plants purchased from them. Delivery timelines, costs, and methods may vary depending on the supplier, the type of plants ordered, and your location.
Delivery Areas
Partner nurseries deliver across all major emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Some suppliers may limit delivery to specific regions, which will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are set by the nursery and may vary based on stock availability, distance, and order size. Standard deliveries are usually completed within 2–7 business days. Large landscaping orders may require additional scheduling.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are determined by the nursery or landscaper fulfilling your order. Charges may vary depending on distance, plant size, or minimum order requirements. Any delivery fees will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer (such as address or contact information), additional delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your information is accurate when placing an order.
Plant Care on Delivery
Our partner nurseries deliver plants in healthy condition. Once received, customers are responsible for the care of the plants, including watering, placement, and maintenance. Nurseries cannot be held responsible for plant health after successful delivery.
